AIB North Wexford Business Award
The AIB North Wexford Business Award are staged on a quarterly basis covering Small Business, Tourism, Retail, and Industry/Services. It is a unique Business Award system as the winners are selected solely and totally by the business community in North Wexford.
During the voting periods you can cast your vote by emailing email@example.com with your nomination. Be sure to include a couple of lines as to why you are nominating your chosen business. Once we have the nominations in place, we will then circulate a listing from which the award winner will be selected.

Coatek unveiled as winners of the AIB North Wexford Business Award - Small Business for 2017.
Coatek were announced as winners of the coveted AIB North Wexford Business Award - Small Business 2017 at a recent Gorey Chamber function in the Amber Springs Hotel.
These awards are sponsored by AIB Gorey and are exclusively aimed at the business community in North Wexford with both the nomination process and selection procedure totally in the hands of registered businesses in the area.
The Small Business Award is mulitsectoral ( Retail, Tourism, Services, Industry etc) with the only stipulation being that the business be based in North Wexford and employ no more than 10 full time people or the equivalent.
This years nominees included Bailey's Toymaster, Coatek ,Helena's Florist, Luca,Place,South East Financial,Tara Stores. Following a very active campaign the counting of votes, completed on the morning of the announcement saw Coatek take the prize.
Based in Gorey Business Park, Coatek and A Tint are a family run business owner managed by Hugh and Martina Kenny. Currently employing 7 people, they specialize designing and installing quality window and film products throughout the 32 counties.
Accepting the award Martina Kenny declared " We are honoured, its is a wonderful achievement to be recognised by the business commmunity here in North Wexford"
Speaking at the presentation, Keith Groarke, AIB Gorey, Manager commented " These awards are an important recognition of the work within our business sector. The interesting mixture of nominees covering retail, services and manufacturing clearly shows us the strength of business in North Wexford and explains how we continue to flourish."
The winners received a piece created by locally designer and weaver Grainne Kenny which was sourced in Market House Design while every one of the nominees received a framed certificate sponsored by The Gaslamp Gallery on Esmonde St.
